We stand fully behind our wheelsets and guarantee they will be free from material and workmanship defects for the lifetime of the product.

1. Warranty Terms & Conditions

• We will replace the rim free of charge and cover shipping costs for any manufacturing defects that occur during the product’s service life.
• If your purchased rim model is discontinued, we will send you the latest equivalent version at no cost.
• When repairs are necessary during the warranty replacement process, we will cover reasonable labor fees charged by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser.

Note:

If you discover any issues with your replacement product, please file a claim within 7 days.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Improper assembly or maintenance, including service by unauthorized technicians.
• Installation of incompatible parts, accessories, or tires not designed for the rims/wheels.
• Damage or failure caused by impacts, accidents, misuse, heat damage (usually from wheels being too close to vehicle exhaust pipes), failure to follow usage guidelines, or other unreasonable causes.
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly.
• Spoke, nipple, or wheel assembly issues if the wheel was not assembled by us.
• Normal wear and tear, including spokes, nipples, pawls, bearings, rim tape, decals, and similar components.

Important Notes:

• The braking surface of rim-brake models is the most prone to wear over time. Keep these areas clean to extend service life.
• Do not use metal tools to remove tires or tubular tires.
• Brake pads are only suitable for carbon fiber rims.

5-Year Crash Replacement Program

If your item is damaged due to accidental impact or misuse and requires replacement, you are eligible for a 30% discount off the retail price under this program.

Conditions:

• This offer is only valid for the original purchaser.
• Please submit a claim within 7 days of receiving your replacement product if any issues are found.
• Shipping fees, customs duties, and other taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

How to File a Claim

Please contact us at info@xdru.com within 7 days of receiving your product, providing clear photos of the issue and valid proof of purchase.

Delivery

Production will be scheduled immediately after we receive your order, with a standard shipping timeframe of 10–14 business days.

Zen Carbon Bike has established strong logistics partnerships across the EU, North America, Asia, Australia, Canada, and Singapore.

We cover all customs duties and taxes in full, and we will arrange UPS door-to-door delivery for your convenience.

Return & Refund

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before production or shipping begins. If payment has been made (whether full or partial payment), we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, please refer to the return policy below.

2. Returns (If Applicable)

You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

• Returned items must be in their original, unused, and brand-new condition with complete packaging.
• Valid proof of purchase is required.
• Please confirm the correct return address with us before sending your package back.

Important Notes:

• Custom-configured orders are not eligible for this policy unless the issue is caused by our error.
• You are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and all related charges unless the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped on our part.
• No processing fees will be charged for any valid return.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

We will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.
3. Contact your bank to confirm processing status.
